Product lifespan can be shorter than the design & development timeframe, leading to overlapping developments of sequential releases / upgrades.​ This demands rigid control over new and existing product development, and a dynamic supply chain to prevent inventory redundancies, component shortages, etc.​

 

Having guided and assisted companies with ERP in Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, it was an exciting journey to be a part of their delivery of Business Excellence programs.​
